Tim Retallack

Tim Retallack brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial litigation, focusing primarily on disputes involving small businesses and contractual matters. He completed his law degree at the University of Western Australia in 1990 and was admitted to practice the following year. Over his career, Tim has held key positions in various legal practices, including Head of Litigation at Culshaw Miller Lawyers from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, he contributed as a consultant and later as Principal at Maxim Litigation Consultants, which was integrated into Lavan Legal in 2012. Earlier in his career, from 2001 to 2006, he served as a partner at Hicks Retallack Litigation Consultants. Since joining Lawfield in July 2020, Tim has continued to assist small business owners and individuals in navigating and resolving commercial disputes, drawing on his extensive background and practical experience in litigation.
