Catherine Higgins

Catherine Higgins is an accomplished Sydney-based lawyer with a distinct commitment to delivering affordable and strategic legal solutions for businesses. Her legal journey began in a boutique commercial law firm, where she served as a paralegal and later advanced to the role of Managing Solicitor while undertaking a double degree in Bachelor of Business (Management) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. Since graduating in 2009 and gaining admission as a solicitor the same year, Catherine demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by founding her boutique commercial law firm in 2012. Her pursuit of academic excellence continued with a Master of Law from the University of New South Wales in 2016, with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Catherine's legal acumen is evidenced by her extensive courtroom experience across the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, as well as the Federal and High Courts of Australia. She has successfully represented major corporations, securing several multi-million-dollar victories against top-tier firms. Despite the satisfaction drawn from these achievements, Catherine is passionate about offering intelligent legal solutions that emphasise the value of people within businesses.
