Fiona Sephton

Fiona is a licensed conveyancer and, together with her husband Colin, serves as Principal of the firm. She has extensive experience in conveyancing and property law, having worked in the field since 1986, beginning her career as a paralegal. Fiona initially practised in city law firms before opening the Hornsby office of Lane & Lane in 2003. In 2022, the practice was rebranded as Lane & Lane Conveyancing and Property Law to reflect its dedicated focus on property law and conveyancing matters. Fiona has managed the firm since its inception, drawing on her deep knowledge and commitment to client service. She graduated from Macquarie University in 1997 and has been a resident of the local area since 1985, fostering strong ties to the community. Outside of her professional work, Fiona enjoys music, participating as a keyboard player and vocalist in a local band. Her practice is characterised by a commitment to service excellence, ensuring clients receive thorough guidance and achieve favourable outcomes in all property transactions.
