After a decade as Manager of a boutique settlement agency in West Perth, Nicole embraced a new chapter in 2016 by founding Lacey & Co. Balancing professional growth with family life, she has successfully expanded the business, which now operates from a spacious office with a dedicated team of eight. The firm has built a strong reputation and enjoys a loyal client base with numerous return clients and referrals.
