Petar Kuessner serves as the Managing Director and Principal of Kuessner Arthur, leveraging his extensive experience in corporate law to guide clients through complex business transactions. Petar's career commenced at Clayton Utz, where he worked as an Associate in the Banking & Finance Team. He then joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, contributing significantly to their Structured Finance Team. Returning to Australia, Petar further honed his expertise at King & Wood Mallesons, where he excelled in securitisation, derivatives, and various finance sectors. At Norton Rose Fulbright, Petar led significant initiatives as the Head of Securitisation, Debt Capital Markets, and Derivatives in Australia. He continued to build on this leadership experience as a Partner and National Team Leader for Banking & Finance at Mills Oakley. Since 2017, Petar has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction of Kuessner Arthur, playing a key role in the Sydney legal landscape.
