Ellie Richardson

Ellie Richardson practises in family law and care and protection matters, bringing a comprehensive understanding of these areas to her work. Raised in the Albury/Wodonga region, Ellie completed a Bachelor of Arts/Law at Deakin University and furthered her expertise with a Masters of Family Law at the College of Law. Since 2016, Ellie has gained extensive experience by working and volunteering in family law, including engagements with the Mental Health Legal Centre, Darebin Community Legal Centre, the Aboriginal Legal Service NSW/ACT, and the Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad perspective on the complexities of family law across different communities. Ellie’s practice stretches from Melbourne to Sydney and encompasses a wide range of regional and rural areas. Her local roots combined with national experience allow her to skilfully navigate matters relating to parenting, divorce, property settlements, and care and protection across the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and New South Wales. Ellie is committed to providing skilled and compassionate representation, recognising the challenges clients face during family breakdowns.
