About Joanne
Joanne Kinslor is an experienced immigration lawyer known for her comprehensive knowledge of immigration law and her commitment to resolving complex immigration matters. With a career spanning over two decades, her clients value her tenacity and success in handling challenging cases. Since 2006, Joanne has been recognised by the Law Society of New South Wales as an accredited immigration practitioner, a distinction held by fewer than 40 solicitors in the state. She combines her practice with academia, serving as the Course Convenor and Principal Lecturer for Australian Immigration Law and Practice at the University of New South Wales. Additionally, she is affiliated with the Andrew and Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law. Joanne actively contributes to the legal community through her involvement with the Law Council of Australia’s Migration Law Committee, where she engages in national discussions on immigration law and policy and participates in parliamentary submissions.
