Having trained in the United Kingdom, Andrew relocated to Australia in 1998 and has since built a distinguished career that includes leadership roles such as partner and head of the Melbourne Corporate Advisory practice at Mills Oakley. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience working with prominent firms including Allens Linklaters and Ashursts. Andrew’s expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, capital and debt raisings, and the associated regulatory frameworks. He also has substantial experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, corporate finance, joint ventures, and the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.
