Lou Stojanovski

Lou serves as both the driving force and public face of Keystone, bringing 22 years of invaluable experience in the construction, commercial, and property development sectors. His extensive knowledge and insights are instrumental in helping clients achieve their business objectives and aspirations. Lou's deep-seated passion for construction was nurtured from a young age, given his family's involvement in the industry. He initially pursued a degree in construction management, followed by several years of impactful work in the field, before transitioning into law. His legal journey led him to obtain a law degree and become a commercial lawyer. With a decade-long tenure at a national firm, Lou developed a robust expertise in construction and litigation projects. He then expanded his professional repertoire at a publicly-listed Danish mining services company, where he oversaw acquisitions and negotiated construction contracts throughout the Pacific region. This diverse experience ultimately inspired him to establish Keystone. As the leader of his team, Lou dedicates a significant portion of his time to engaging with the community, meeting with clients, and presenting at industry events. His professional roles extend to serving on the Master Builders Association Hunter Committee and acting as an adjudicator in both NSW and Victoria. Further affirming his legal acumen, Lou is an Independent Solicitor for the NSW Supreme Court. To Lou, clients are not merely transactions; they are partners. He is driven to deliver practical legal solutions that enhance their success. By fostering strong personal relationships from the outset, Lou invests time in understanding both the people and businesses he serves.
