Julian O’Brien

Julian O’Brien leads the commercial residential property team at Kenny & Partners and also brings considerable experience in Wills, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Estate Litigation. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has built a strong reputation for delivering practical and knowledgeable advice to a diverse range of local clients, including individuals and businesses. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1986, Julian has a long-standing commitment to the legal profession. He initially established his own practice on the Sunshine Coast, becoming well known in the Maroochydore and Kawana regions. He later co-founded Schultz Toomey O’Brien, which grew to become one of Queensland’s larger law firms. Outside of his legal career, Julian enjoys an active lifestyle with a passion for cycling and surfing, particularly in the Agnes Waters and Tannum Sands areas.
