Mark Hagan

Mark Hagan serves as the Principal Solicitor and Director, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm since his admission as a solicitor in 1993. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, further complemented by his accreditation as a mediator and conciliator. Mark is an active member of the Law Society of NSW and holds the distinction of being admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. His legal expertise spans a broad range of areas including conveyancing, wills and estates, and commercial law. Mark has also been involved in various court proceedings, providing representation and instructing barristers in the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of NSW, as well as the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court of Australia.
