Nadette Stafford leads the Wills & Estates team at Keir Steele Waldon Lawyers, bringing extensive experience in estate planning and administration. With many years dedicated exclusively to this field, she possesses a thorough understanding of a broad range of matters including the preparation of simple wills, enduring powers of attorney, as well as more complex family and business succession planning. Nadette takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to explore various options and develop tailored strategies that align with their unique needs. In her role overseeing estate administration, Nadette supports clients throughout the entire process—from securing probate to the distribution of assets, and managing any litigation that may arise. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to clearly explain complex legal issues provides clients with confidence that their matter is handled with the utmost care and expertise. Outside of her legal work, Nadette is active in the local netball community as both a coach and player. She is also a devoted mother to three young children and enjoys immersing herself in a good book whenever time permits.
