Ella Bennett

Ella Bennett is a Senior Solicitor with extensive experience at the firm, having joined in 2011. She began her career supporting Kerry Connolly while completing her law degree at the University of Southern Queensland, graduating in 2014. Ella was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in early 2016. Throughout her time with the firm, Ella has developed a comprehensive practice covering Property Law and Commercial Law. Her work encompasses drafting contracts, representing both lessees and lessors, handling agreements related to the sale, purchase, and leasing of rural properties, as well as contracts for the sale and purchase of businesses and franchise agreements. She also provides general commercial advice and supports clients with commercial litigation matters. In addition to her commercial and property law work, Ella offers expertise in Will drafting and estate planning, with a particular interest in rural and commercial issues. Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Ella has been based in Rockhampton since 2011. She resides on a rural property near Rockhampton with her husband, Ben, and their two children.
