Under his leadership, the company has witnessed significant expansion, opening six offices in Nepal, six across Australia, and one in the Philippines in just seven years. Prior to his tenure at KBA Global, Shambhu contributed his talents as an ICT Security Officer with the Northern Territory Government, where he played a vital role in formulating information security policies, conducting audits, and managing key information assets. His academic credentials, including a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from the Australian National University and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, complement his leadership abilities. Shambhu continues to pursue professional development in areas such as cross-cultural management and human resources.
