Nick brings over a decade of experience working with leading global professional services firms, where he advised on multi-billion dollar transactions across a wide range of industries. His extensive background includes providing advice on complex commercial matters, giving clients confidence that their legal and business interests are well managed. Since transitioning from large firms, Nick has focused on assisting small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as individual clients, leveraging his expertise to deliver effective solutions with a personalised approach and cost efficiency. His practical understanding of business is complemented by hands-on experience launching and managing start-up ventures, including pioneering group-purchasing and consumer power platforms in Australia. In addition to his commercial and legal expertise, Nick contributes to governance through his previous role as a Board Member of the Crowd Funding Institute of Australia and currently serves on the Board of Moreland Early Years Management. This not-for-profit organisation manages six early learning kindergartens in the Moreland area, reflecting his commitment to community development and sound organisational leadership.
