Shady Karnib is a Partner and Conveyancer at Karnib Law Group, where he is also a Co-founder. With extensive experience in property law, Shady plays a central role in managing property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for his clients. His deep understanding of conveyancing laws, combined with strong communication skills, enables him to effectively coordinate all aspects of property purchases and sales, including off-the-plan developments. Shady is committed to reducing the stress often associated with property transactions by guiding clients through every step with clarity and professionalism. He utilises modern tools such as PEXA to streamline settlements, delivering timely and reliable outcomes. Known for his hands-on approach, Shady personally oversees each matter from contract execution through to settlement, maintaining direct communication to keep clients informed and supported throughout the process. His expertise covers a broad range of conveyancing matters including the purchase and sale of real property, transfer of title between related parties, strata and commercial properties, business sales and purchases, mortgage refinances, as well as commercial and residential leases. He also advises on auction contracts and legal considerations prior to auctions. Shady holds a qualification in Conveyancing Law and Practice from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Technology Sydney. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Shady is well-equipped to assist a diverse range of clients with their property transactions.
