Amanda Haydon

Amanda Haydon was admitted to practice law in early 2001. Over the course of her career, she has developed a broad base of experience, including conveyancing, family law, complex deceased estate matters, and insurance litigation. After gaining valuable exposure in both mid-sized and larger metropolitan firms, Amanda joined KLH & Associates to further enhance her general legal expertise. In 2007, she decided to focus on family law, a field in which she has since built considerable experience. Amanda works closely with individuals and families to resolve their legal issues, finding satisfaction in guiding clients through to successful outcomes. Her experience encompasses a wide range of family law matters, such as separation and divorce, property settlements, and disputes involving children. Drawing on her background in litigation, Amanda is able to provide clear and confidential advice, as well as representation in court where necessary. Beyond family law, Amanda advises clients on estate planning, assisting with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianships. She also supports Executors through the complexities of estate administration and is involved in litigation concerning deceased estates. Amanda offers clients comprehensive guidance on eligibility and strategies for making claims against estates, while also working with Executors and family members to defend against contested claims.
