Tabetha Hilliard

Tabetha Hilliard is the Principal Lawyer and Legal Practice Director at Justice Injury Law, a reputable personal injury law firm in Queensland. Her unwavering ambition to become a lawyer was evident from a young age, and she has worked diligently to fulfil this dream. After gaining foundational experience as a legal assistant and successfully running her own business for over a decade, Tabetha pursued a law degree at Central Queensland University. Her dedication and academic excellence were recognised with the Una Prentice Award for the highest achieving female Bachelor of Laws graduate. Furthering her legal education at QUT, she earned a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was inducted into the Golden Key Honour Society for her outstanding performance. With substantial experience working for some of Queensland's largest personal injury law firms, Tabetha co-founded Justice Injury Law with the aim of providing an enhanced legal experience for injured individuals. Her expertise in representing clients injured in car accidents, workplace incidents, and public mishaps is well-regarded, with a particular focus on traumatic brain and catastrophic injuries. Her career includes notable roles at Mullins, Slater and Gordon Lawyers, and Shine Lawyers, where she served as an Associate Lawyer specialising in head trauma. Committed to advancing her knowledge and skills, Tabetha completed a certificate in understanding traumatic brain injury from the University of Tasmania in 2022. Her journey reflects a robust blend of practical and academic excellence, underscoring her commitment to her clients and the broader legal community.
