Joseph Grassi

Joseph Grassi was admitted as a solicitor in 1977, commencing his legal career with Messrs. Gordon L. Beard & McDonald in Sydney. After gaining valuable experience, he joined A.S. Lamrock & Son in 1979, becoming a partner in 1980. Joseph led the Property, Commercial & Revenue Law Division, focusing on domestic, commercial, and industrial conveyancing, development, commercial leasing, land and environment matters, as well as commercial, business, health, and tax law. He advises private and corporate clients on residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions, strata developments, environmental planning and assessment, joint ventures, and the financial structuring of developments. Joseph also provides guidance on asset protection strategies, including estate planning and administration. Residing in Penrith, Joseph actively supports the community through roles such as a member of the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District Board and chair of its Finance and Performance Committee. He is also chairman of the Nepean Blue Mountains Education and Medical Research Foundation Limited, which raises funds to support medical research and education. In 2000, Joseph completed a Master of Laws at the University of Western Sydney and has served as a Notary Public since 2004. He is a former member of the Law Society of New South Wales Property Law Committee and has shared his legal insights through media appearances, including a weekly segment on 2UE in 2008. Joseph established his own practice in July 2008, continuing his commitment to delivering comprehensive legal services.
