Jeremy Davis is the Managing Partner at Johnson Winter Slattery, a prominent Australian law firm. Renowned for his expertise in corporate law, Jeremy focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign investment, and joint ventures. His extensive career includes significant experience with major international transactions, having represented esteemed clients such as Bain Capital, Natixis, Microsoft Corporation, Diploma plc, Apollo Global, Blackmores, Battery Ventures, Air New Zealand, The Raine Group, and Natura Cosmeticos. Jeremy's legal journey began with an LLB (Hons) and B.Com from the University of Melbourne, leading to a foundational role at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Melbourne. His tenure there spanned over 16 years, where he ascended from Lawyer to Partner and Board Member. In 1995, Jeremy broadened his international perspective as a foreign intern at the prestigious New York firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Returning to Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Jeremy further honed his skills, culminating in his eventual transition to Johnson Winter Slattery.
