Warren Block

Warren Block has been a valued member of the firm since 2000. He brings a broad range of experience to his practice, primarily focusing on wills and estate administration, powers of attorney, commercial litigation, and matters affecting small businesses. Before embarking on his legal career, Warren spent twelve years in the insurance industry. He later pursued legal studies and was admitted to practise in Victoria in 1997. This combination of commercial experience and legal training allows Warren to provide practical and informed advice to his clients. Warren’s legal work covers a variety of areas including the preparation and management of wills, guiding estates through the administration process, including probate, and assisting with disputes that arise in these contexts. He also advises on powers of attorney and guardianship matters, ensuring clients’ interests are protected when making important decisions. In the commercial sphere, Warren handles litigation related to business matters, retail leases, and the sale and purchase of businesses, helping clients navigate complex transactions and disputes. Beyond his professional work, Warren maintains a long-standing commitment to communication and community service. He has been involved with Rostrum Victoria for over thirty years, honing his communication skills. His service in the Army Reserve with the Royal Victoria Regiment spans nine years, and he currently serves as secretary of the Royal Victoria Regiment Association Inc, a role he has held since 2003.
