Emily Hoinville serves as the Principal Solicitor at John Hall Lawyers, where she has been a pivotal part of the team since 2016. Emily's journey in law began with her double degree in Law and Communications from the University of Western Sydney. Her commitment to professional development is demonstrated by her completion of a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law, leading to her admission as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2020. Initially contributing as a paralegal in conveyancing, wills and estates, estate litigation, civil litigation, and commercial matters, Emily has focused her practice on Family Law and general litigation since her admission. Her expertise in Family Law has seen her rise to the position of Partner and Co-Director of the firm by 2022, now managing the firm’s Family Law practice. Her approach to legal practice is both meticulous and client-focused. Emily is known for ensuring her clients receive dedicated representation tailored to their unique needs.
