Sarah Jones serves as the Legal Practitioner Director at JHK Legal, where she leverages her extensive experience to assist clients in a diverse array of sectors. Her expertise encompasses new business formations, business structuring, business sales and purchases, banking and finance, commercial litigation, contract disputes, and insolvency. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field, Sarah was honoured as the Banking and Finance Partner of the Year by Lawyers Weekly in 2018. She has successfully advised both lenders and borrowers in lending deals exceeding $30 million, including a significant $120 million transaction.
