Anna Nader is an Associate Director at JHK Legal, bringing over nine years of experience within the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, where she has provided clients with effective support in debt recovery, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency, and property legal services. Anna has played a significant role in recovering substantial sums for major clients, including assisting one of Australia’s leading energy providers in debt recovery matters involving prominent national companies. Her practical approach and clear communication ensure clients receive timely and relevant advice tailored to their needs. With a breadth of experience across multiple Australian jurisdictions, including the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, and Queensland, Anna currently holds a practising certificate in New South Wales. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Anna’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Social Justice from the University of Notre Dame Australia, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Outside the office, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending weekends at the beach, with annual visits to Western Australia to see her family and her miniature schnauzer, Alfie.
