Bronwyn Drummond brings over two decades of dedicated experience in family law, supporting clients through the complex and often sensitive process following the breakdown of relationships. She focuses on resolving matters efficiently and cost-effectively, addressing issues such as property settlement, superannuation splitting, spousal maintenance, children’s arrangements including living and care orders, school choices, prevention of removal from Australia, as well as children’s financial support. Bronwyn also assists with determining parentage, divorce applications, family violence Intervention Orders, and other related injunctions and restraining orders. Bronwyn is committed to guiding clients through their legal options and potential outcomes, with the aim of avoiding litigation where possible. When court proceedings are necessary, she provides skilled representation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to achieve the outcomes clients seek. With continuous involvement in family law since 1998, including a period as a family dispute resolution practitioner, Bronwyn has been recognised as an Accredited Family Law Specialist since that year. She joined JH Legal in February 2020 and remains an active member of the Family Lawyers Panel facilitated by Relationships Australia, Victoria, reflecting her ongoing engagement with family law practice and dispute resolution services.
