Josh Martyn

Josh Martyn LL.B (Hons), B.A. is Principal at J&K, having been with the firm since 2010. He began his career as a law clerk before being admitted to legal practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2013. Josh maintains a broad practice that encompasses civil litigation, commercial transactions, and criminal law. Throughout his career, Josh has handled a wide variety of matters, including property disputes, adverse possession claims, employment disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up procedures, as well as serious criminal cases involving illicit drugs, driving offences, and assault. His approach is considered and pragmatic, focusing on delivering commercially sensible outcomes for clients. Josh remains up to date with legal developments through active involvement with the Law Institute of Victoria, particularly within the young lawyers and litigation lawyers sections.
