Throughout his distinguished career, Jim has held significant positions, including Queensland State Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Queensland State Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Queensland Law Society, and National Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Business Law Section of the Council of Australia.
