Julia Sischo

Julia Sischo brings over ten years of experience in property and construction law to JB Legal, where she has been practising since 2016. Her legal career began at Allen Matkins, a leading property law firm in California, where she developed a strong foundation in real estate matters. Julia has also served as general counsel, gaining valuable insight into the commercial aspects of property ownership and development. Julia’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, representing a diverse client base including national superannuation funds, REITs, developers, landlords, tenants, hoteliers and high net worth individuals. Her work covers leasing, purchase and sale, construction and other real estate related matters involving office, industrial, retail and residential properties. She is admitted to practice in Western Australia as well as in the U.S. States of California and New York. Julia is an active member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the National Association of Women in Construction, reflecting her commitment to both the legal profession and the property sector.
