About Michael
Michael Greene is deputy managing partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Australia and leads the firm’s national government practice. Based in Sydney, Michael brings extensive litigation experience, representing both public and private sector clients across government, financial services, and corporate sectors. His expertise encompasses a broad range of disputes, including those related to contracts, tendering and procurement processes, fraud, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, directors’ and shareholders’ duties, administrative law, statutory obligations, road transport regulation, enforcement issues, and matters involving privilege and confidentiality. Michael has significant experience advising and appearing for government clients in statutory inquiries, having been involved in several major corruption inquiries, judicial inquiries, special commissions of inquiry, royal commissions, and numerous coronial inquests.
