Jenny Garnham holds a Bachelor of Laws and has recently returned to Wonthaggi after an 18-year career practising in Melbourne’s central business district. Her extensive experience centres on property law, covering a broad range of transactions including commercial, rural, and residential property sales and acquisitions. Jenny’s work encompasses due diligence, financing arrangements, subdivisions, off-the-plan developments for both developers and purchasers, owners corporations, retirement village units and developments, covenants, general law conversions, lost title applications, easements, leases, mortgages, and complex property matters. Originally from Wonthaggi, Jenny spent her early years living on the family farm and attending local schools before moving to Melbourne for her legal career. She has maintained strong ties to the local community, having previously worked with law firms in Wonthaggi for over two decades while raising a family and undertaking part-time legal studies. Jenny obtained her law degree from the University of New England (NSW). Returning to Wonthaggi to be close to her parents, Jenny is dedicated to providing reliable and professional legal services to both longstanding and new clients throughout the community. In addition to property law, she also advises on various other matters such as sale of business agreements, wills, powers of attorney, probate, and estate matters, bringing a well-rounded legal perspective to her practice.
