Adrian Irdi

Adrian Irdi is a Director and Practice Group Leader specialising in property law. He brings extensive experience in property, commercial, and estate planning matters, delivering practical and effective solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Adrian graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Corporate Finance, and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008. Adrian has worked with a diverse client base comprising both individuals and corporations, providing advice across various property and commercial transactions. His experience includes leasing and property development, with a focus on syndication and joint venture arrangements. He has also been involved in commercial transactions such as the sale and purchase of interests in companies, trusts and businesses, rent roll acquisitions, and the preparation of security documents. In estate planning, Adrian assists clients with both straightforward and complex arrangements. He adopts a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and their other advisors to ensure that estate planning goals are met efficiently and comprehensively. His areas of practice encompass property law, including commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, easements and restrictive covenants, sale contracts and special conditions, subdivisions, off-the-plan sales, and strata title matters.
