Janette Tavelli

Janette Tavelli brings over 35 years of legal experience gained at leading law firms in Australia and the United Kingdom. As the founder of Integra Legal, established in 1993, she has built a firm known for its commitment to practical and strategic legal solutions. Janette’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and corporate commercial matters. She provides expert advice on negotiation and contract drafting, conducts thorough due diligence investigations, and represents clients across the construction, mining, property, and engineering sectors. With extensive experience advising on corporate governance and building corporate capacity, she also acts as general counsel for a range of organisations. Her litigation experience spans all Western Australian and Federal courts, the State Administrative Tribunal, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Janette is skilled in arbitration, including international arbitration, as well as mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes. She has also led substantial Commissions of Inquiry within the public sector, demonstrating her ability to manage complex and wide-reaching investigations. Outside of her legal practice, Janette enjoys travelling to visit her sons around the world, maintaining strong ties with her Italian heritage, and pursuing outdoor activities such as mountain trekking and skiing in Japan.
