Sarah Florendo

Sarah has accumulated more than ten years of legal experience working with prominent international law firms across Australia and the United Kingdom, as well as providing counsel for the Australian government. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a trusted adviser to startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations. Her expertise includes advising a consortium of nine investment banks on a joint venture to develop a derivatives trading platform, guiding the launch of a new real property equity release product within the Australian market, and assisting a fintech startup founder with a complex dispute involving venture capital and angel investors. Additionally, Sarah has provided regulatory compliance advice for the first private company accredited under the Australian Government's Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF). Beyond her legal practice, Sarah contributes to the broader community as a Board Member and Director of Arts Assist.
