Mary Commisso is the Director of Indeed Convey, a conveyancing firm she founded in Port Melbourne in 2013 with the goal of providing tailored conveyancing services to clients throughout Melbourne and Victoria. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded to three offices, including locations in Williamstown, Yarraville, and most recently, the head office in Albert Park. As a Licensed Certified Practising Conveyancer with over twenty years of experience, Mary is committed to assisting clients in achieving their property objectives. Her work encompasses a broad range of property transactions, including first home purchases, family home sales, investment properties, subdividing, and property development. Mary leads a dedicated team of conveyancing professionals, overseeing all aspects of the conveyancing process. Indeed Convey operates as a comprehensive conveyancing service, coordinating effectively between clients, estate agents, advocates for buyers and vendors, banks, brokers, and other parties involved in property transactions. With a focus on thoroughness and client communication, Mary ensures that clients are well-informed throughout the entire conveyancing journey. Prior to establishing Indeed Convey, Mary founded LINK Conveyancing in Yarraville in 1998 and FDC Lawyers in Port Melbourne in 2011, reflecting her longstanding dedication to the conveyancing and legal profession.
