Scott Herriman

Scott Herriman is a distinguished Partner at Hume Taylor & Co, having begun his tenure with the firm in 2006 as a Law Clerk. Later that year, he was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia, followed by his admission to the High Court in 2007. His journey through the firm saw him rise from Solicitor to Associate before he assumed the role of Partner in 2014. Currently, Scott serves as the managing partner, adeptly guiding the firm with a client-focused approach. Scott's legal acumen is particularly pronounced in the realm of estates and estate litigation. He possesses a wealth of experience managing matters from small to very large estates, as well as handling a breadth of cases in Wills & Estates, civil litigation, and criminal law.
