Annette Brewer is a partner with extensive experience in family law, offering trusted legal guidance to clients in Bendigo and surrounding areas. With over 31 years practising law, Annette has developed a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in family law matters including divorce, binding financial agreements, spousal and child maintenance, parenting arrangements, as well as domestic violence and intervention orders. Her approach combines a clear and honest communication style with a deep understanding of both the legal framework and practical realities clients face. Annette has also served as a part-time member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, specialising in child support issues, and is experienced in representing clients at mediation as well as acting as a mediator in family law property disputes. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Laws from the University of Tasmania and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
