Jonathon Hozack

Jonathon Hozack is the Director of the firm, bringing a comprehensive legal background complemented by strong commercial acumen. Raised in the Milton region, Jonathon graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance in 2005. Following his early career with a major financial organisation in Sydney, India, and London, he returned to university in 2009 to pursue a Bachelor of Laws. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, and the High Court of Australia. Furthering his expertise, Jonathon completed a Master of Applied Law with a focus on Wills and Estates. He is also an appointed Notary Public. His breadth of experience spans property transactions, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial leasing, as well as wills and complex estate administration. He is particularly committed to delivering practical and effective advice in matters involving disputes over wills, prioritising timely resolutions to help reduce emotional distress and minimise legal costs. Jonathon invests in developing strong, trusting relationships with his clients, ensuring clear communication and guidance at every stage of the legal process. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys ocean-related activities and regularly visits the Snowy Mountains throughout the year. Having had the opportunity to work alongside his father, John Hozack, for several years, Jonathon took over the practice in July 2022, continuing a legacy of dedicated legal service in the community.
