About Melinda
Melinda Di Condio is a Partner with extensive experience practising exclusively in divorce and family law since 2005. Her approach to the division of assets is commercial and pragmatic, having managed complex property and financial disputes before the Family Court and the Full Court of the Family Court (Appeal Division). Melinda also has considerable expertise in sensitive parenting matters, including cases concerning allegations of child abuse and the international relocation of children, heard across the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court, and the NSW Children’s Court. In addition to family law disputes, Melinda offers advice on financial and estate planning tailored to new and existing relationships, drafting relevant documentation to support clients’ needs. She has also appeared in protective proceedings before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (formerly the NSW Guardianship Tribunal). Melinda’s areas of practice encompass divorce and separation, property settlements, spouse maintenance and ongoing financial support, child support agreements—including Binding Child Support Agreements—parenting arrangements involving relocation, adoption and surrogacy advice, financial agreements such as pre-nuptial agreements, and estate planning matters including Wills and releases under the Succession Act 2006 (NSW). She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws with Honours from The University of Sydney, awarded in 2005. Melinda is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of family law with clarity and sensitivity.
