Michael Holcroft

Michael Holcroft serves as Principal and Head of the Commercial Team, bringing a comprehensive understanding of business-related legal matters. His expertise spans across commercial law, including sales of businesses, lease agreements, franchise arrangements, commercial disputes, employment issues, and business succession planning. In addition to his commercial law experience, Michael has a strong background in property law as well as wills and estate planning, enabling him to provide well-rounded legal advice to his clients. He has held significant leadership roles within the legal profession, having served as President of the Law Institute of Victoria and as a Director on the Law Council of Australia. These roles underscore his commitment to the advancement of the legal community and highlight his extensive experience in the field.
