Elizabeth Hogg

Elizabeth is the founder and Director of Hogg and Associates Lawyers Pty Ltd, a practice she established to deliver quality, personalised, and cost-effective family law advice to clients in Sydney’s Inner West. With a strong reputation as an advocate and litigator, Elizabeth has extensive experience appearing on behalf of clients in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She is also admitted on the Roll of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of NSW. Elizabeth’s practice focuses exclusively on family law, where she applies her expertise and thoughtful approach to assist clients with a broad range of matters, including complex property and parenting issues. Her clients appreciate her maturity, understanding, and commitment throughout often challenging legal processes. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth gained invaluable experience as a solicitor for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. In that role, she frequently appeared in courts across NSW on serious criminal cases such as murder, serious assaults, child sexual assault, and fraud. Before studying graduate law at the University of New South Wales, Elizabeth worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Midwifery at a major Sydney teaching hospital.
