Ross Higgins

Ross Higgins is the Principal at Higgins & Higgins, bringing over 40 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal advice. Beginning his career as a clerk in 1969 and admitted as a Solicitor in 1974, Ross has developed a strong reputation for making decisive and effective decisions that serve his clients’ best interests. Ross has particular expertise in Personal Injury law, holding accreditation in this area. His extensive practice also includes Estate Planning, where he assists clients with drafting wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents. Additionally, Ross is a Public Notary and has considerable experience in handling insurance and compensation claims, as well as in contesting wills and estates. Beyond his legal practice, Ross is a trained mediator offering services across the Central West and Blue Mountains regions. He maintains an active role in the community and is recognised for his contributions to local sport, having served as a Rugby Union referee at the highest level. In 2008, he was honoured by induction into the Legend category of the Lithgow Sporting Hall of Fame. Ross is married to Elizabeth.
