About Tim
Tim was admitted as a solicitor in 2014 and has since dedicated his practice to Wills and Estates Law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland. Tim’s experience spans all aspects of Wills and Estates Law, including drafting complex Wills, administering estates, applying for Probate in cases involving unsigned Wills, mediating to resolve estate disputes, and representing clients at trial for Family Provision Applications. Tim established Henry Lawyers with a clear commitment to addressing the challenges he observed in estate litigation, particularly situations where funds were distributed to individuals without proper entitlement, adversely impacting estate assets. His approach focuses on educating clients about the potential risks involved in estate disputes and safeguarding the intentions and legacies of Willmakers. Known for his approachable and client-centred manner, Tim takes the time to understand his clients personally before providing legal advice. He believes that effective estate planning is founded on a thorough appreciation of each client’s unique goals and circumstances. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Kylie and their three sons. His family life often involves activities such as building with Lego, working on puzzles, and watching cartoons. Tim also pursues interests in reading, writing, and music whenever he can.
