Andrew Faull

Andrew brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, offering practical and commercially minded advice that helps clients navigate a wide range of legal matters. Renowned for his outcomes-focused approach, Andrew is a trusted advisor to many of the firm's long-standing clients, ensuring solutions that align with their business objectives. He began his career in legal practice after completing a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University and a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University. After initially working at a law firm in Geelong, Andrew returned to Ballarat in 2008 and was appointed partner at Heinz Law in 2011. Beyond his legal career, Andrew has demonstrated leadership in the community, having served as chairman of the board of Ballarat Health Services, now known as Grampians Health. He is admitted to practice in Victoria and works primarily in the Ballarat and Geelong offices. His assistant, Narelle Howes, supports his clients and day-to-day operations.
