Robyn Hampton

Robyn Hampton is a Legal Practitioner Director who brings over 15 years of experience in family law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology in 2008 and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law. Robyn was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2009 and to the High Court of Australia in 2016. Robyn began her career as a law clerk in a boutique family law firm and has since developed a proactive approach to managing family law matters. She supports her clients by ensuring they are well-informed throughout the legal process. Robyn provides advice on a wide range of family law issues including matrimonial and de facto property matters, superannuation, and sensitive parenting arrangements concerning children. In addition to her family law practice, Robyn prepares Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, customised to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client. She also assists clients with estate administration, offering compassionate guidance during the difficult period following the loss of a loved one. Robyn is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association, and the Moreton Bay Law Association. She is also a Commissioner for Declarations, further enhancing her commitment to serving clients effectively.
