Julia Ray

Julia Ray graduated from Flinders University, Adelaide in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in the same year. Julia’s legal practice spans litigation across Criminal, Family, and Family Violence matters. She also practices in areas including Victims of Crime and Wills & Estates. She is actively involved with the Western District Legal Association and the Law Institute of Victoria. A strong connection to her community runs throughout Julia’s career. Raised in Portland, she chose to return there after her studies to be closer to family. Beyond her legal work, Julia contributes to the local community as a member of the Portland Young Professionals Network, a Standing Tall mentor, and co-chair of the Portland & District Relay for Life. Julia is committed to client advocacy, focusing on guiding clients through often challenging and stressful legal processes with care and professionalism.
