Tim Ainsworth is a partner with extensive experience in New South Wales statutory workers compensation and modified common law damages for workers. He represents self-insured employers and employers’ insurers across diverse sectors including banking, transport, labour hire, logistics, retail, and insurance. Tim also acts for the Workers Compensation Nominal Insurer in matters involving both insured risks and claims against uninsured employers. Drawing on his prior experience within the insurance industry and his work with injured workers, Tim offers a well-rounded perspective that informs his legal advice and client presentations.
