Rohan McAlpine

Rohan McAlpine is a Consultant at Haille Paine, bringing over twenty years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on property law, estate planning, and deceased estates. Since joining Haille Paine in 2014, Rohan has contributed significantly to the firm’s private client work, drawing on his extensive background in property, commercial law, and estate matters. Rohan joined the practice as a principal in 2017 and transitioned to a consultant role in 2021, continuing to support the firm with his expertise and mentoring of junior solicitors and legal students. His career includes experience gained in a variety of boutique and corporate law firms in Sydney and London, providing him with a broad perspective on legal issues. Originally from rural New South Wales, Rohan and his wife Lara relocated to the Southern Highlands in 2010. He remains actively engaged with the local community while balancing his professional commitments and family life.
