Ross Koutsantony

Craig Hailes established Hailes Lawyers in 2011 and brings over 20 years of experience practising property and commercial law. Before founding his own firm, he was a partner at well-established Melbourne law firms. Craig is known for his dedication to clients, many of whom have maintained long-term relationships with him. His expertise covers a broad range of property and commercial matters, including acquisitions and disposals of land, commercial and retail leasing for shopping centres, industrial estates, and office buildings, as well as property development projects such as greenfield subdivisions and apartment complexes. Craig also advises on construction contracts, general commercial law issues, due diligence, compulsory acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Ross Koutsantony joined Hailes Lawyers as a Senior Associate in April 2019. Since his admission to practice in Victoria in 2016, Ross has developed experience in commercial and property law, focusing on property transactions, off-the-plan developments, and leasing. He is committed to fostering strong client relationships through attentive and comprehensive service. Ross’s areas of experience include residential and commercial property purchases and sales, land subdivision, preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, and business sales and acquisitions.
