John Wilson

John brings extensive experience advising clients on a wide array of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings and restructures. Prior to joining Groom Kennedy, he worked as a corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Linklaters in London and Singapore from 2014 to 2020. John has also served as in-house counsel for Centrica plc, a major energy company, and Citigroup, a global financial services organisation. His cross-border experience and international perspective equip him to deliver practical and innovative solutions tailored to complex legal and commercial challenges.
