Prior to founding Groom Kennedy in 2001, James worked with major law firms across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, focusing on corporate and securities law. He further broadened his experience by serving as senior corporate counsel and company secretary for GE Capital’s Australasian operations. Known for his calm and practical approach, James provides clear and effective advice while building strong relationships with a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, and listed public companies.
